Stephanie loves meeting new people and getting an understanding of each persons history. Her approach varies from person to person depending on what she can intuitively pick up from the body. Through her practice, she has seen the power of simply helping the nervous system to “drop” in order to regain equilibrium through the many layers of the body; which in turn results in a faster recovery.

Stephanie takes a creative approach to help determine a home-care plan that works for the individual. She is also a Certified Yoga Teacher and as such incorporates breathing into her practice.

Outside of work, you can catch Stephanie in nature: trail running with her dog Django, mountain biking in the forest or playing in our beautiful oceans. She is a world traveler and even lived on the beaches of Australia for 5 years. Don’t ask her about her love for surfing though, unless you have a whole day to chat.

Saige is a manual osteopathic practitioner with a passion for holistic health and movement. Her practice is enriched by her dedication to yoga and complementary healing modalities including reiki, sound healing, and acupressure.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her embracing the outdoors, practicing aerial arts, spending time with her 2 dogs on her acreage in Metchosin or tending to her garden. These activities continuously deepen her understanding of the body’s incredible capacity for movement and recovery.

Her perspective has been shaped by extensive world travels, having explored over 70 countries across the globe, experiencing diverse cultures and healing traditions.

What is Osteopathy?

This holistic manual therapy takes a whole-person approach to healthcare, addressing the root causes of pain rather than just symptoms. Through gentle hands-on techniques, Saige works with all the body’s systems—including muscles, joints, nerves, and organs—to restore natural balance and support healing.

This integrated approach recognizes that all body parts function as a connected unit. Treatment enhances circulation, improves mobility, and reduces tension, helping with conditions ranging from back pain and headaches to sports injuries and repetitive strain. The ultimate goal is to help patients move better and feel better by bringing the body back to its natural state of health.

Sound Healing & Reiki

Saige’s sound healing sessions utilize therapeutic vibrations from singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and balance energy centers throughout the body. These sound vibrations work on a cellular level, helping to break up energetic blockages and restore harmony.

As a Reiki practitioner, she channels universal life energy to support the body’s innate healing abilities. This gentle, non-invasive energy work helps clear energetic pathways, allowing for improved physical and emotional wellbeing. Many clients experience profound relaxation, reduced pain, and enhanced clarity through these complementary healing modalities.

Neesa is an April 2025 graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She has always had an interest in the workings of the human body and movement, so massage therapy was the natural career choice after spending much of her twenties travelling and working abroad.

Neesa’s treatment style is best suited to those who prefer an integrative approach. She recognizes the body as a whole, and often finds that calming the nervous system can be equally as effective as working solely on areas of tension. By blending both active therapeutic and passive relaxation techniques, she creates treatments that are both effective and restorative, tailoring each session to the unique needs of her clients.

With a warm and intuitive approach, Neesa strives to cultivate a sense of ease and balance in the body. She is particularly interested in working with musculoskeletal injuries and postural muscle imbalances, aiming to support both physical recovery and mental well-being.

Neesa also understands that your time outside of the treatment room plays a significant role in your recovery from injury and the overall longevity of your body. She comes from a background of sports and weightlifting, which she draws upon to build an individually crafted home care program to help you maximize the benefits of massage and achieve long-lasting results.

If you’re looking for a treatment that feels both grounding and restorative, Neesa would love to work with you!

Outside the treatment room, you can find her swimming, surfing, hiking, or reading on one of Vancouver Island’s beautiful beaches, lakes, and trails, or taking a spin class and enjoying a coffee at a local cafe.

Brayln (she/her) is a registered acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Practitioners of British Columbia. Brayln graduated the acupuncture program with magna cum laude distinction from Pacific Rim College and holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of British Columbia. With community care as an integral value of her practice, she believes that systemic change begins at the individual level; and that individuals creating internal shifts within themselves sets the stage for a more beautiful world. In this way, acupuncture is a powerful tool for change.

Brayln was introduced to acupuncture while recovering from severe burn-out after university. Her first acupuncture treatment created such a powerful internal shift that a spark of curiosity quickly grew into passionate inquiry and study of Traditional Chinese Medicine. TCM is holistic and considers all aspects of one’s experience as an interconnected whole. For Brayln, exploring the connections between the body, mind, and spirit never gets old.

Bray aims to keep a general practice, ready to help resolve whatever comes into her treatment room. Her professional interests are ever evolving, and include (but are not limited to) stress and burn-out management, sleep disorders, concussion recovery, menopausal symptom management, pain management, emotional well-being, addiction recovery, and psychedelic preparation and integration.

Bray brings her experience as a reiki pracitioner, yoga teacher, and life-long student of the natural world to her work. When not in the clinic, she is likely out exploring the outdoors, dancing with her friends, or enjoying a quiet night at home.
